We had S&S Heating, Cooling & Sheet Metal from Hinckley replace our complete HVAC system including furnace, 2-stage AC, and powered Aprilaire humidifier. From estimate to install, everyone was professional, honest and knowledgeable. Installation was clean, they walked me through the thermostat and humidifier controls (Model 60) and answered all my questions. System is super efficient and quiet. Family owned company that's been around since 1989 for a reason. Will be using them for service from now on.

I am specifically leaving this review to give 15/10 stars to the tech (Corbin) who was on my service call yesterday to recharge my AC unit (which I had finally remembered to call and set up). About 2 days before the appointment, my (smart) thermostat was no longer connecting, and the furnace/AC were no longer running- I troubleshot what I could (making sure the breakers weren't popped from the recent storms, etc).
Corbin arrived, expecting to recharge a unit, at the end of his very long work day- and had to then do a full service call, figuring out why the furnace wasn't getting power. He was cheerful, pleasant,  professional, and hardworking. He was impressively quick to figure out the issue and get everything up and running smoothly again, showing skill and expertise at his young age. He is a huge asset to the company, and for a company like this to employ young, knowledgeable men like Corbin goes to show they continue to know and value their professionalism and commitment to quality and service. I couldn't be more pleased with every experience, but yesterday's service call was just another shining example of why they were the best choice to go with. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his hard work, customer care, and expertise.

Great people to work with from the owner to the office staff to the techs & installers. We have used S & S for 29 years keeping up service on the unit etc. This time it was a new furnace & air conditioning unit. When you find good people & a good product you need to stick with them & of course SPREAD THE WORD!

I had a same-day emergency with our AC going out in the middle of June. S&S was able to send a technician out within a couple of hours who diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. Zach was the technician and he was very knowledgeable about the AC unit, walking me through several things for future service. We needed a run capacitor replaced on the outside AC unit. Zach completed the installation and even spoke to our home warranty providers to confirm the claim. 5 stars across the board.

I had S&S come out to my business to finish a final hook-up for a mini-split unit (for a shipping container office). Mark (Owner) and I had communication throughout the process about what needed to be done. Mark even came out twice to help me brainstorm a few ideas on how to mount the mini-split since it was the first one I have installed. Then his guys came out and were absolutely fantastic. They did an amazing job installing my new 2.5 ton Trane AC unit. Mark SR. came out and looked over my very old unit and worked me up a cost and a plan to install a new unit. He was so nice and respectful. We agreed on a new Trane, and the install was scheduled about a week out. The crew that came out to install did an amazing job. When I came home after the install, I couldn't even tell they were there. They cleaned up everything and now I have a sleek brand new working unit, professionally installed. These guys know what they are doing and are very nice and respectful and treat your house, as if it was theirs. My dad Gary just had them come to his house and install a new ac unit, furnace, and all new duct work. He is extremely happy with the work. So happy that we are having them come out to our business to get the ac unit done next. Seriously. I can't thank you guys enough. You have a customer for life and I would give you 10 stars if I could.
