He was so courteous, professional and knowledgeable in his task to resolve my no heat issue. I’ve dealt with many other companies that say what they are not. I’ve used S&S Heating for 20 years. Mark Staron is a very honest and professional person. I just had them replace my hot water tank that they installed 20 years ago. Mark Jr. and Zach did a great job, very nice guy’s.

The service came promptly on time, understood what was needed and explained what he would be doing. Devin was very thorough, checked our 2 A/C systems and serviced them. We have used S&S for 15 years and trust them.

I had a same-day emergency with our AC going out in the middle of June. S&S was able to send a technician out within a couple of hours who diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. Zach was the technician and he was very knowledgeable about the AC unit, walking me through several things for future service. We needed a run capacitor replaced on the outside AC unit. Zach completed the installation and even spoke to our home warranty providers to confirm the claim. 5 stars across the board.

S&S has done the maintenance on my boiler for years, and recently installed whole-house air conditioning in my older house in Cleveland Heights. They are professional, courteous, responsible, reliable, and reasonably priced. Their routine maintenance is exceptional and their installation work was as well. I had S&S come out to my business to finish a final hook-up for a mini-split unit (for a shipping container office). Mark (Owner) and I had communication throughout the process about what needed to be done. Mark even came out twice to help me brainstorm a few ideas on how to mount the mini-split since it was the first one I have installed. Then his guys came out and were absolutely fantastic. They did an amazing job installing my new 2.5 ton Trane AC unit. Mark SR. came out and looked over my very old unit and worked me up a cost and a plan to install a new unit. He was so nice and respectful. We agreed on a new Trane, and the install was scheduled about a week out. The crew that came out to install did an amazing job. When I came home after the install, I couldn't even tell they were there. They cleaned up everything and now I have a sleek brand new working unit, professionally installed. These guys know what they are doing and are very nice and respectful and treat your house, as if it was theirs. My dad Gary just had them come to his house and install a new ac unit, furnace, and all new duct work. He is extremely happy with the work. So happy that we are having them come out to our business to get the ac unit done next. Seriously. I can't thank you guys enough. You have a customer for life and I would give you 10 stars if I could.
